Baj Baji Terms and Conditions — What You Agree to When You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Baj Baji platform at bajbaji.click, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to every player based in Pakistan using the Baj Baji platform regardless of how they access it — via mobile browser, desktop browser or any other compatible interface.

These Terms are written in plain English to make them as clear as possible for Pakistani players. If anything is confusing or unclear, please contact Baj Baji support before registering — our team is available 24/7 in both Urdu and English to help you understand your rights and obligations before you commit to anything.

Baj Baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We notify active players of material changes via email or platform notification.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a Baj Baji account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baj Baji does not permit any person under 18 to hold an account, make deposits, place bets or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, partnership or any other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Baj Baji or any affiliated responsible gaming body at the time of registration or during the active period of your account.
• You must not already hold an existing active account at Baj Baji under any name or identity. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the Baj Baji platform. Opening duplicate accounts — including under a different name, phone number or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at Baj Baji, you agree to provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a working email address and any other information reasonably requested during the verification process. You must not use false, misleading or another person's identity when registering.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Baj Baji is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from you sharing, losing or failing to protect your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Baj Baji support immediately to have the account secured.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at Baj Baji are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Baj Baji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All methods must be registered in your own name. You may not deposit using payment accounts that belong to another person.

Withdrawal requests are processed during normal business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are typically processed the same business day. Baj Baji reserves the right to perform identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts above standard thresholds.

• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• Baj Baji does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Players may be asked to provide identification documents (CNIC, utility bill or bank statement) as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) check before a withdrawal is approved. This is standard practice and protects both the player and the platform.
• Baj Baji will not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers at Baj Baji — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prizes — are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Players should read these specific terms before claiming any promotion. The general principles that apply across all Baj Baji bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus (currently 100% up to Rs 20,000 on a player's first deposit) is available only to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit. It cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, device or IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25× the bonus value).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the specific offer terms. Aviator, slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Teen Patti and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Please check offer terms before playing.
• Baj Baji reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing participation in an active bonus will not be affected mid-cycle.
• Multiple accounts created to abuse bonus structures will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse being forfeited.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Baj Baji platform — including Teen Patti, Aviator, Ludo, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack and sports betting markets — are operated under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

Software-based games at Baj Baji that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party — including Baj Baji itself. Certification documentation is available on request.

Aviator and other crash games at Baj Baji operate on a Provably Fair system. The outcome hash for each round is generated and published before the betting window opens, allowing any player to independently verify the result after the round completes. Any attempt to manipulate the RNG, exploit software vulnerabilities or interfere with game outcomes constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in a professionally operated studio. All dealings and game actions are recorded on video. In the event of a dispute about a live game outcome, the video record is the definitive reference and its result is final.

In the event of a technical malfunction — such as a software error, connectivity failure or system crash — during a game round, Baj Baji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Baj Baji is not obligated to pay out winnings generated during a round that was demonstrably affected by a technical error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Baj Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts) per person.
• Using false, stolen or another person's identity during registration or any verification process.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to Baj Baji support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, Teen Patti or any other player-vs-player game format.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial transaction that is not genuine gaming activity.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Baj Baji staff, dealers or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to access, modify or interfere with any part of the Baj Baji platform, infrastructure or codebase without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Baj Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or if account activity raises concerns under our responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be partially or wholly forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting Baj Baji support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a standard processing period. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are treated under the separate responsible gaming policy and are not eligible for reinstatement during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Baj Baji platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio and video content — is the intellectual property of Baj Baji or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Baj Baji content without the express prior written permission of Baj Baji. Access to the platform does not grant any licence or right over the intellectual property of Baj Baji beyond what is necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose.

The "Baj Baji" name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the platform. Players may not use them in any context — including social media, third-party websites or printed materials — without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Baj Baji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally cause brief periods of unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baj Baji excludes liability for:

• Loss of gaming session data resulting from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Baj Baji platform.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game results that were caused by a certified RNG operating within its certified parameters.
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond Baj Baji's direct control once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched on our end.

Baj Baji's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is capped at the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Baj Baji is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players. We take this obligation seriously and have built practical tools into the platform to help players manage their gaming activity. All of the following tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks — on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been in session.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

In summary: Baj Baji collects data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors and identity verification services strictly for the purpose of providing the platform's services to you.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any overriding legal obligations (such as record-keeping requirements related to financial transactions). 13 Changes to These Terms

Baj Baji may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Baj Baji will notify active players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Baj Baji platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Any balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned in the normal manner.

14 Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written to be as clear and fair as possible. In the event of any dispute between a player and Baj Baji — whether about a game outcome, a payment, a bonus or any other platform matter — the following process applies:

• Step 1: Contact Baj Baji support via live chat or email at support@bajbaji.click. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue. Most disputes are resolved at this stage, usually within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the response from standard support, request escalation to the Baj Baji complaints team. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 5 business days and a written response is provided.
• Step 3: Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Baj Baji will cooperate with any applicable independent dispute resolution process under the platform's operating framework.

In all disputes regarding live game outcomes, the video record of the dealing or game action is the final and definitive reference. In all disputes regarding RNG-based game outcomes, the certified RNG log is the final reference. Baj Baji's internal dispute resolution decision, once escalated to Step 2, represents the platform's final position.

These Terms are written for players in Pakistan and are intended to operate alongside, not in contradiction of, any applicable Pakistani consumer protection principles. If any specific clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in full force.
